研究领域
本课题组以拟南芥和高粱为研究材料,利用正向/反向遗传学、生物化学、基因组学、生物信息学等手段深入研究植物逆境胁迫下信号分子的调控机理。通过筛选和分子设计创制耐逆高粱新品系。
1.植物盐碱胁迫和病菌侵染时信号分子调控机理的研究;
2.耐逆高粱新种质的创制。
